We may collect contact details you provide (such as name and email), information you enter into our calculators and the Property Opportunity Report questionnaire (such as income, budget and property preferences), and basic technical information required to operate the website securely.
How we use it
To provide the tools and reports you request, to respond to your enquiries and provide credit assistance where you ask us to, and to follow up about a report you unlock if you'd like us to.
Where your information is held
Calculator and questionnaire answers are processed in your browser session and are not stored in a database by this website. When you unlock a report or send a message, the details you submit are emailed to Charis so we can follow up. We do not sell your information.
Third parties
We use a third-party form and email service (Web3Forms) to deliver your enquiry and report notifications to Charis. We share your information only as needed to respond to you, or where required by law.
Access, correction & complaints
You can ask us to access or correct the information we hold, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting charis.mortgage.au@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
